Lita Ford and Francia Raisa
Lita Rossana Ford (also known in the form of Lita Ford) is a British born American singer on guitar who took the lead of The Runaways a female hard rock group from the 1970s. They were noticed for their rebellious lyrics and punk-inspired design. It wasn't possible for the group to be a major hit in America however they did gain a fair amount of popularity in other countries particularly Japan. Ford began a heavy metal solo career after the band ended in 1979. After taking lessons in singing, she launched her debut solo album, 'Out for Blood'. This was followed by the release of her second album, 'Dancin on the Edge'. Ford went missing for several decades from the world of music after the two albums didn't draw any attention. In 1988, Ford released her smash album "Lita". Kiss Me Deadly was a huge hit as was the ballad Close My Eyes Forever and Kiss Me Deadly. Her success was unfortunately not long-lasting and, for a few additional years she was absent. The album 'Black' was released in 1995, and then 'Wicked Wonderland just 15 years later, she reemerged. The most recent album 'Time Capsule was released in 2016. Guitar Player Magazine has awarded her The Certified Guitar Legend Award.
